SATURDAY SIGN ON PROCESS
Please check the board for your umpiring each week, even if you have received an email or phone message – as we often have to make last minute changes. (Baulkham Hills board is closest to the umpire’s room door) Look for the Kookaburra. Ensure you sign on 10 minutes before your game – or you can ask someone to sign on for you if you are playing, coach etc.

How to sign on:
1. The game time e.g. 8.55am
2. the court number (if crossed out there will be a replacement number beside the court)
3. Check that Baulkham Hills or the Club name you are umpiring for e.g. RAMS is next to the court – PLEASE don’t sign on against another club. Check the board if you are not sure.
4. If you are a named umpire highlight your name
5. If you are replacing a named umpire I will also write the named person on the Baulkham hills umpiring fixture – pls check first then rub out their name and write your own.

PAYMENT
As you may know we are now paying our umpires. The first payment will be calculated up to and including week 7, then payment will be made by cheque in Week 8.

CARNIVALS
Please let Erin or I know if you would like to attend any Carnivals to umpire. This is a fantastic way to improve your skills whilst having fun.
